When I started out as a freelance graphic designer some 14+ years back, I didn’t have a clue how to identify the unique values and purpose that would set me apart (let alone how to communicate it to my audience).

That meant:

  • Struggling to market and promote my business online, because I had no idea what to say.
  • Working with clients who weren’t a great fit and didn’t really care who they were working with (they just needed someone to complete the job).
  • Undercharging for my services, since I wasn’t clearly demonstrating the value of my work.

So, I know first hand what it feels like to have so much value to give, but no idea how properly express it or reach the people who would benefit the most.
