Frequently Asked Questions

When would my branding project begin?

Most of the time, your project can be scheduled to start within the next month. If you’re not ready to begin that soon, no problem! We can discuss the best future start date to suit your business on your free call.

How long will the process take?

From the strategy session until the delivery of all your design files, the process takes approximately 5–6 weeks. However, because my process is so iterative and relies so much on your feedback, there can be variation in the timeline.

I believe what’s most important is the result. The branding you get at the end of the process will serve your business for years, and it deserves to be put together thoughtfully and unrushed.

Where are you located? Can we still work together if I’m in a different city/country?

In case my accent didn’t give it away, I’m in Australia (Sydney to be specific). I love working with my fellow Aussies, but also have regular clients in North America, Europe, New Zealand and Asia.

A lot of the collaboration between me and my clients happens over email, making it easy to navigate different time zones. I also provide the option of connecting over Zoom whenever it’s helpful to catch up over a call.

Can we just do my logo?

Short answer — no.

I want to help my clients build fully-developed brands that help them reach the next level of their business. That means clarifying their message and creating an entire look that aligns with the essence of their brand. It’s more than simply a logo.

I sell services. Do I really need branding?

When you sell services, you’re not selling a physical item that people can see. Instead, you’re selling an experience, and it’s crucial for you to be able to express to your audience what kind of experience you’ll deliver to them. Your branding — voice and visuals — are a big part of how you’re able to do that, especially through your website and digital marketing.

How do I know if this is the right step for my business?

I believe branding is an essential part of taking your business to the next level. Do you do websites?

Absolutely! I love to work long-term with my clients, and often a website design the the next step after creating their brand visuals and voice. We can work together to put your new branding pieces together in a website (or other marketing touchpoints) right into action.
